Drawing a bearded iris
1-day drawing workshop - 2 June
This is a workshop well suited to newcomers to art wanting to learn how to draw with accuracy. It is also a perfect opportunity for more experienced artist to come to draw a magnificent iris and have more time to apply colour in the 3-day workshop in which Margaret will be providing instruction on painting an iris in watercolour, coloured pencil or graphite.

A Botanical Study of an Iris
3-day Workshop - 3, 4, 5 June
Medium: Choice of Watercolour, Coloured Pencil or Graphite
This work shop is open to all skill levels. Newcomers to botanical art will learn how to create an composition with eye-appeal and the appropriate techniques required for a realistic study of a magnificent iris in season in Ontario in late May and early June. Experienced artists will be able to hone their skills with the assistance of an expert.
