Workshop with Margaret Best in Puglia, ITALY - October 16-24  October 2016

It might interest you to know that there are some spaces left in the Puglia Italy, Botanical Art Workshop with Margaret Best this October.

The setting, rural, peaceful, and with a view of the ocean, is a historic Masseria that has been lovingly converted into a special place for artists and nature lovers.

The mild weather and absence of tourists makes fall a perfect time to be in Puglia.  Enjoy the authentic food, excellent wine and unique cultural experiences that this region offers. Our host, Guiliano, assured us that if we loved the wild flowers of spring we will be in raptures over the endless possibilities to paint and draw on his property in the fall. We enjoy a dedicated studio with beautiful natural lighting and a short stroll from the well-appointed suites – each one spacious and uniquely decorated.

The workshop series ends with a vernissage (private exhibition) of the participants’ art shared with the local artists and horticulturists and celebrated in true Italian style with delectable foods prepared from the Masseria’s harvest accompanied by superb local wines!

For non-artist partners and friends there are numerous activities – biking, hiking, photography, beach combing, UNESCO Heritage sites to visit or simply relaxing with a book soaking up the sunshine.
